Another update

So life has been good to me for quite some time now and I really enjoy doing what I love. Spinning and dyeing has become one of my major passions and when I can’t find the time to spin I feel like something is missing in my day. I guess it’s no wonder that I start drowning in yarn ;) Here are some new ones:

I hope you guys have a beautiful weekend!

Some days suck more than others

Yesterday my paypal account was hacked into which is actually annoying as hell….. not only is a good amount of money missing, the shock of the whole dilema was even worth. At least the people at paypal were very helpful and I hope that the issue will be resolved soon and I will get my money back *triestostaypositive*.

Well, on to more positive news. I updated my etsy store with quite a lot of new rovings and one new colorway of my woolnepps :)

Artsy Yarns

I have been trying to do some different yarns again, kind of throwing everything I like in my drumcarder and spin it up in a way that feels natural to the different fibers and bits and pieces. Here are some of my results :)

“The Cow in the Fields”

80 yards handspun super bulky artsy yarn, made out of various locks and rovings (all from animal friendly farms), and I also added lots of sparkle, some faux cow skin fabric and some commercial novelty yarn pieces for some added texture and color.

Spinning Crazy

I have been spinning new yarns like crazy, trying some new techniques and I actually managed to use some of my yarn for smaller projects and don’t list them immediately on etsy for sale. It was a nice change :)
